Position: Resort Sous Chef
About: Great Wolf, a resort, is seeking a detail-oriented Resort Sous Chef to oversee the kitchen operations and maintain high-quality hospitality standards in the absence of the Executive Chef. Responsibilities include food preparation, inventory management, employee scheduling, and training. The Sous Chef collaborates with the Chef to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and contributes to menu planning based on industry trends and profitability goals.
