Position: Resort Services Assistant Manager
About: The Assistant Manager, Resort Services position at Fontainebleau Las Vegas involves supervising, training, and supporting Members in providing a world-class guest experience in a luxury hotel setting. This role also entails assisting in the management of daily contact center operations.
Requirements: Minimum two (3) years of experience managing or supervising teams in reservations, group sales, or a high-volume contact center; Hospitality degree preferred or equivalent education and experience; Experience in a large, luxury resort preferred; Team leader with strong communication skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in hospitality applications and flexibility to work varying schedules, including overnight shifts; Strong conflict resolution skills and passion for exceptional guest experiences
