Position: Resort Operations Manager NoMad – Park MGM

Requirements: 2+ years of prior relevant experience in Hotel Operations ; 4+ years of experience in customer service in a guest facing role ; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience ; Technical knowledge and experience with Opera ; Technical knowledge and experience with HotSOS, Amadeus, REX, LMS or other service optimization system ; Experience with Microsoft Office ; Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
