Position: Resort Concierge – The Donatello Resort

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Customer Service Mindset; Ability to solve problems with a minimum of supervision; Basic office skills including basic math and proper cash handling procedures; Technical Skills – PC Skills, Microsoft Office Products. 1 year of guest services experience in a hospitality/hotel/resort environment and/or 1 year of concierge experience in service or retail environment preferred.
