Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) provides a top-tier private education for students from pre-K through 12th grade, focusing on those from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school offers housing, meals, and full coverage of all costs, thanks to its endowment from Milton and Catherine Hershey. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing on-campus to guide and support groups of students in a family-like environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; limit of three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol while on duty; ability to drive student home vans; comfort with leading student devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED; capacity to lift up to 50 lbs; high integrity and role model behavior for students; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
