Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school providing a career-focused education to students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school offers full endowment ensuring all student and staff needs are met. MHS is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and nurture a small group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for couples married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
