Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private educational institution offering a comprehensive career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school is fully endowed, providing students and staff with all necessary resources to succeed. MHS is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and offering guidance and support to a small group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; Couples must be legally married for at least two years; Both spouses must be aged 27 or older; High school diploma or GED required; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Valid driver’s license; Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity; Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
