Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: The Residential Youth Caregiver position at Milton Hershey School requires married couples to serve as flex houseparents, nurturing and guiding a small group of students in an on-campus setting. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; two-person job for couples legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
