Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, offers a unique opportunity for married couples to serve as Residential Youth Caregivers. This role involves providing guidance and support to approximately 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds in on-campus student homes, creating a family-like environment and offering essential care and assistance.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and certification to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services; maintain a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; adhere to limitations on pets and no alcohol while on duty
