Position: Residential High-Rise Project Director (Hiring Immediately)
About: The company is a top developer specializing in high-rise, wraps, podiums, and garden-style construction projects. The Construction Project Manager position involves overseeing all aspects of construction for high-density, multi-family residential, and mixed-use projects. The Project Manager will report to the Vice President and President of Construction, leading project teams to meet or exceed project goals in terms of design, construction quality, schedules, budgets, and safety practices.
Requirements: Graduate from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in architecture, engineering, construction science, or a related field; minimum of five years’ experience in managing all phases of construction for high-density residential and mixed-use projects; applicable and related experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
Benefits: competitive base salary: $140,000 – $195,000, annual bonus, full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off (PTO), vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays, life insurance coverage
