Position: Residential Concierge – San Francisco
About: Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco, located in the heart of the city near Union Square, is seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join their team as a Residences Concierge. The hotel offers a modern oasis for guests and residents, overlooking Yerba Buena Gardens and in close proximity to the Financial District and top cultural and dining venues in San Francisco.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years’ experience in a similar role required; prior Concierge or Hotel Concierge experience preferred; excellent customer service and guest contact skills; proficiency in the English language; ability to multitask with attention to detail; flexibility to work mornings, nights, and weekends
