Position: Residential Concierge
About: You will be the face of a high-end residential community, providing exceptional service and personalized attention to residents and guests. Our property consists of 588 residential units spanning 39 floors with 85,000 sqft of amenity spaces.
Requirements: Prior experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or concierge services; Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with professional individuals; Impeccable grooming and adherence to luxury service standards; Knowledge of local attractions, fine dining, and exclusive events; Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and discretion; Proficiency in managing reservations, logistics, and coordinating third-party vendors; Calm and composed under pressure, with exceptional problem-solving skills; Familiarity with access control systems and residential management software (a plus); Excellent documentation and report-writing skills; Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality; Ability to lift up to 25lbs as needed; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service; Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
