Position: Resident General Manager
About: Common Oaks Lodging, a division of Concord Hospitality, is seeking an experienced hotel leader to manage the established WoodSpring Suites in Greensboro. The Resident Manager position entails living on the hotel property, being on-call 24/7 to ensure smooth and profitable hotel operations, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction and property performance. The ideal candidate will wear many hats to care for guests and the property effectively. The position offers a salary of $59,000 per year plus free room and utilities.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles; effective team leadership and mentoring skills; proficiency in sales activities and customer service delivery
