Position: Resident Event Coordinator
About: FIDUCIARY REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT, a company known for owning and managing The Liberty Square Apartments, a 55 or better apartment community in Sun Prairie, WI with over 35 communities across Wisconsin and Illinois.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in event planning or community programming preferred but not required; ability to provide top-notch customer service; adherence to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies
