Position: RESIDENT ENGAGEMENT ASST, WILLOWBROOK
About: Willowbrook Assisted Living, a community-based residential facility (CBRF) located at 3508 Washington Road in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and owned and operated by Kenosha County, is looking for a Resident Engagement Assistant to join their team. The facility serves up to 24 individuals with advanced age and/or dementia/Alzheimer’s disease, as well as those 55 years and older, aiming to maintain residents’ independence and individuality in a home-like setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; One year of experience in a social or recreational program within the last five years; Education background in recreational therapy or a related human service field and experience with event planning or hosting events preferred; Previous work experience in activities preferred; Or any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the job.
