Position: Resident Coordinator
About: Bridge Property Management is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to be the management office “Ambassador” to the tenants. The Resident Service Coordinator’s attitude, appearance, and image reflect Bridge Property Management. The role involves office administrative functions, coordinating tenant requests, working with the maintenance team, inputting information accurately and timely, planning events and classes, assisting in resident functions, following company policies and procedures, complying with Fair Housing, state and federal laws, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and handling special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; 6 months of service industry experience; ability to work in regular office settings with occasional outside duties in all weather conditions
