Position: Resident Chef (Sur La Table)
About: Sur La Table, the renowned kitchen and tableware retailer with over 50 stores and the largest avocational cooking program in the US, is seeking a Resident Chef to inspire customers on their culinary journey and drive business results while leading a high-performing team. This role reports to the General Manager and plays a key part in the in-store culinary program and operations.
Requirements: 3-4 years of progressively responsible kitchen management experience; experience as a Sur La Table Assistant Resident Chef preferred; culinary degree or equivalent Sous Chef experience; 1-2 years of culinary instruction experience; valid Food Manager Certification; familiarity with MS Office Suite; proven ability to drive sales and motivate teams; strong training, communication, leadership, and financial management skills.
