Position: Resident Care Manager (RN)
About: The Resident Care Coordinator position is an integral role at a long-term care facility, collaborating with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of resident care services are met in compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 1 year experience in nursing, preferably 2 years in a long-term care facility; experience in supervision and teaching principles essential; leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills necessary; current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a licensed nurse in the state
