Position: Resident Care Manager- RN
About: Judson Park, a distinguished nursing home recognized as one of the Best Nursing Homes of 2021-2022 by U.S. News and World Report, is seeking an RN Care Manager to join their dedicated team. The RN Care Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of nursing care for assigned residents, collaborating with the healthcare team under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services.
Requirements: Education: Completion of Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN) and current state license; BSN preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience. Experience/Training: Minimum of 2 to 4 years professional managerial experience in a related field; 2 years of case management experience; clinical observation and assessment skills; proficient computer skills necessary for documentation, reviewing electronic health records, and communicating with team members. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current RN license; Current CPR certification.
