Position: Resident Care Manager Nurse
About: Portland Health and Rehabilitation Center in Portland, OR is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager (RCM) to oversee the total care administration for residents, providing general nursing care and supervising Licensed Nurses and CNAs in the facility.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of employment; Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process, especially in geriatric care, long-term care, and rehabilitation
