Position: Resident Care Director – LPN or RN
About: Sunrise Senior Living, a certified Great Place to Work®, is seeking a Resident Care Director (RCD) for Sunrise of Westminster. The RCD will lead and manage health and wellness, care coordination, and services for residents, ensuring regulatory compliance and performance management.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state license as an LPN, LVN, or RN; minimum 2 years nursing experience with at least 1 year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care; minimum 1 year nursing management experience; CPR and First Aid certified; knowledge of nursing practices, infection control, and clinical data analysis; proficiency in managing multiple priorities and time effectively; computer skills including EMRs and Microsoft Office; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call responsibilities
