Position: Resident Care Director
About: Sunrise Senior Living in Burlington is seeking a Resident Care Director (RCD)/Director of Nursing/Nursing Director to lead and manage health and wellness, care coordination, and services for residents within the community. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial RN license; minimum two years RN experience with at least one year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care; minimum one year nursing management experience; CPR and First Aid certification; proficiency in clinical practices and infection control; strong organizational, critical thinking, and decision-making skills; computer proficiency; ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as needed.
