Position: Resident Assistant (RCA)
About: Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is looking for a Resident Assistant to join our Personal Care team. Our Resident Assistants (RCAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” They develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, assisting them to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living and recreational activities, creating a safe environment for resident care.
Requirements: Desire to have a positive impact in the lives of older adults; Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred; New grads are welcome
