Position: Residences Front Desk Receptionist
About: Four Seasons Residence Club Scottsdale is seeking a talented Front Desk Agent to be the main point of contact for Residence Club owners and their guests, ensuring exceptional service from arrival to departure. The property offers a desert escape with adobe casitas, saguaro cacti, Pinnacle Peak views, local art, and an array of activities.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; flexible schedule including early mornings, afternoons, late nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work 8-hour shifts at a stand-up desk; multitasking and staying calm under pressure; positive attitude with strong adaptability; knowledge of hospitality-related computer software; previous front desk or guest services experience preferred; proficiency in English with additional language skills a plus
