Position: Residences Assistant Manager
About: W South Beach, located at 2201 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida, is currently seeking a strategic and experienced individual for the role of Rooms Operations Manager. This position plays a vital role in overseeing the operations of various departments including Front Office, Retail/Gift Shops, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping, and Security/Loss Prevention to ensure the delivery of exceptional service aligned with the brand’s standards and customer expectations.
Requirements: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area. Alternatively, a 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
