Requirements: Customer service experience required; must possess outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations; computer literate in Microsoft Windows/Word/Excel applications preferred; ability to adapt to multiple software platforms; strong interpersonal, research and problem-solving abilities; highly responsible & reliable; possess a can-do attitude in order to accommodate the random requests & needs of the residents
