Position: Reservations Agent
About: The Peninsula Chicago is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team and be an integral part of our guest-focused service. Requirements: 2 years of room Reservations experience in luxury property ideal; Knowledge of PMS/Opera and some knowledge in Housekeeping department preferred; Ability to deal with a high level of work demand and pressure, individual must have great organization skills; Excellent command of written and spoken English
