Position: Reservation Agent
About: U-Haul International, Inc. is looking for a Reservation Agent to assist with calls from and to customers, support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or retail preferred; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
