Position: Remote Reservation Coordinator

Requirements: Minimum of a high school education, post-high school education preferred; at least one year in customer service or sales, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry; remote contact center experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple interactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment; demonstrates above-average written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with contact center telephony, Microsoft Office, PMS, and other relevant applications; comfortable handling a mix of inbound calls and emails, with a focus on recognizing upsell opportunities; understanding of key operational functions at the property level; willingness to attend in-person meetings that may require overnight travel.
