Position: Remote Maintenance Manager (Hiring Immediately)
About: Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Manager of Corporate Development to assist in driving their company’s growth through strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and partnerships.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; 5-6 years of experience in Public Accounting (Preferably Assurance or Transaction Advisory), Investment Banking, or direct Corporate Development; Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams; Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring; Track record of successfully executing complex M&A transactions, from deal sourcing to integration; Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels; Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities; Deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging market opportunities; Proven ability to negotiate deals, build relationships, and collaborate with external partners; Experience in leading due diligence efforts, assessing risks, and identifying mitigation strategies; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, financial modeling software, and data analysis tools.
