Position: Remedy Concierge
About: Remedy Place is a first-of-its-kind social wellness club that is redesigning the concept of social self-care. It provides holistic experiences to help community members find balance, operate at peak performance, and alleviate daily stressors in a luxurious lounge setting. The Remedy Concierge plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of each club location, being the primary point of contact for guests and members, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and safety throughout their remedy experiences.
Requirements: Must have terrific customer service skills; a consistently positive attitude; basic knowledge and understanding of holistic self-care services and products; strong interpersonal skills to interact with high-profile clientele; must be solution-oriented and self-motivated; must have a strong work ethic; excellent verbal and written communication skills; enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition; must enjoy working within a team; strong time management skills and practices
