Position: Relief Specialist – Beverage
About: The Relief Specialist position involves selling, rotating, restocking, resetting, merchandising, building displays, handling special events, and providing coverage for sales and merchandising routes as needed. The role requires maintaining good relationships with accounts, ensuring product availability and organization, executing chain programming, and managing pricing and inventory effectively.
Requirements: Equivalent to complete, accredited apprenticeship or high school education with a two-year technical education; one to three years of related experience; ability to make decisions independently within established methods; physical capability to lift and move heavy objects; strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills; adherence to safety and security protocols and laws; knowledge of business implications and market competition; valid ABC Beer Permit
