Position: Registered Nurse PRN 1 (RN) OR
About: Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) PRN to join their team. The RN PRN will provide professional nursing care to a diverse patient population, conduct nursing assessments, assist with exams and treatment, patient education, and maintenance of medical records. This role involves direct patient care, effective communication with physicians and the healthcare team, and leadership responsibilities within the unit and hospital-wide initiatives.
Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing; Two years of registered nurse experience in a healthcare environment; RN – Registered Nurse – Texas State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure within 60 days OR RN-Temp – Registered Nurse – Temporary State Licensure within 60 days AND BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA) AND Other credentials and certifications as defined by unit/service line
