Position: Regional Vice President of Clinical Services
About: Journey is hiring a Regional Vice President of Clinical Services to cover the Georgia region. The Regional Vice-President of Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of multiple long-term care facilities within a designated region, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations.
Requirements: Graduate of an approved school of nursing; holds a current registered nursing (RN) license; B.S. in Nursing or Healthcare Management preferred; Advanced certifications in geriatrics or healthcare leadership are highly desirable; Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in clinical operations, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing environments; Extensive knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations and proven experience with quality assurance programs; Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills; Proficient in clinical management software and tools; Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and inspire clinical teams to achieve operational goals.
