Position: Regional Store Operations Director
About: Wawa, a renowned convenience store chain, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Director of Store Operations to lead and motivate store and area leaders, drive profitability, and ensure operational efficiency in line with the company’s strategic goals and priorities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred; Master’s Degree a plus; demonstrated servant leadership skills; 10 years of retail management experience; proven track record of developing people and leading teams; food service leadership experience preferred
