Position: Regional Sales Manager
About: InnVentures operates over 75 hotels in 20+ states for various real estate owners and has a strong track record in hotel management and revenue maximization. The Area Sales Manager position is based at Courtyard Portland Hillsboro, OR, and focuses on building partnerships to drive business growth for multiple properties in the same market.
Requirements: College course work in related field helpful; experience in a hotel or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required; must be skilled in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing; ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests; multitasking and prioritization skills; attentive, friendly, and service-oriented approach; attendance at mandatory meetings and trainings; high standards of personal appearance and grooming; problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate complex information; confidentiality maintenance; willingness to perform other duties as needed
