Position: Regional Marketing Director

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level role. Experience managing multi-regional or national marketing campaigns in a consumer-facing industry, ideally in food and beverage or retail. Proven track record of developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive business results. Ability to develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Experience in leading, managing, and developing a team, with the ability to inspire and drive results. Proven success working cross-functionally with various departments such as operations, digital marketing, finance, and real estate. Strong analytical skills, with experience in leveraging market data and ROI to inform marketing strategies and measure success. Deep understanding of brand management principles, with the ability to localize and adapt national campaigns to meet regional needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior leadership and external partners.
