Position: Regional Marketing Director

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred; 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level role; Experience managing multi-regional or national marketing campaigns in a consumer-facing industry, ideally in food and beverage or retail; Proven track record of developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive business results; Ability to develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing strategies that align with business objectives; Experience in leading, managing, and developing a team, with the ability to inspire and drive results; Proven success working cross-functionally with various departments such as operations, digital marketing, finance, and real estate; Strong analytical skills, with experience in leveraging market data and ROI to inform marketing strategies and measure success; Deep understanding of brand management principles, with the ability to localize and adapt national campaigns to meet regional needs; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior leadership and external partners
