Position: Regional FSOP Manager
About: The FSOP Regional Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and leading the Food Service On-Premise ‘FSOP’ business for the East designated region in the US. The position focuses on selling Monster products across various classes of trade under FSOP, including Corporate Cafeterias, Hospitals, Colleges, Independent/National Restaurants, and Vending, with a specific emphasis on Compass, Sodexo, and Aramark accounts, as well as National Specialty Retail Accounts like Home Depot and Best Buy. The distribution network includes current Monster distribution partners (e.g., Coca-Cola) and broad-line distributors (e.g., Sysco, US Foods, Gordon’s) for the FSOP Channel.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in sales and account management within the food service industry; proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new accounts; strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to develop and implement sales strategies; proficiency in analyzing market trends and competitor activities
