Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 8 years of experience in high-volume food and beverage operations; extensive knowledge of cooking methods, banquets, catering, and front of house service; ability to lead in diverse environments; supervisory, interpersonal, and time management skills required; P&L accountability experience necessary; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook applications
