Position: Regional Executive Chef
About: This is a high-level executive chef position within Intermountain Health. The Regional Executive Chef will report directly to the System Executive Chefs. The Regional Executive Chef is responsible for on-site training of cooks and chefs within their region, implementing enterprise expectations and standards, assisting with training, providing support for events, and acting as a liaison between culinary leaders and enterprise leadership.
Requirements: Associate degree in Culinary Arts or 4 years as a Chef de Cuisine within Intermountain Healthcare; or 3+ years Executive Chef experience from another company; demonstrated advanced culinary skills, effective communication skills, proficiency in business-related computer applications, and ServSafe certification within 90 days of employment (preferred).
