Position: Regional Executive Chef
About: This is a high-level executive chef position within Intermountain Health. The Regional Executive Chef will report directly to the System Executive Chefs and will be responsible for on-site training of cooks and chefs within their region, implementing and maintaining enterprise standards, and providing support for large events. This position acts as a liaison between facility culinary leaders and enterprise leadership, fostering career development for chefs within the system.
Requirements: Associate degree in culinary arts or 4 years as a Chef de Cuisine within Intermountain Healthcare; 3+ years Executive Chef experience running multiple operations; demonstrated advanced culinary skills, effective communication skills, and proficiency in word, excel, PowerPoint, and other related applications; ServSafe certification within 90 days of employment (preferred)
