Position: Regional Donation Manager
About: DCI Donor Services, a leader in organ donation, is seeking a Regional Donation Manager for the Southern Region of New Mexico. The role involves overseeing Organ Recovery, Referral Management, and Hospital Development activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining high service levels in assigned hospitals. The company operates several organ procurement and tissue recovery organizations, with a focus on ending the transplant waiting list and maximizing the gift of life through donation and transplantation services.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; 5+ years of OPO clinical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role; Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications; Ability to travel to recovery sites by vehicle or plane with a valid drivers license; Proficiency in passing MVR underwriting requirements
