Position: Regional Director of Operations – Senior Living
About: Aramark, a global leader in food, facilities, and uniform services, is seeking a Regional Director of Operations – Senior Living to oversee contracted services for multiple sites generating significant revenue. This position focuses on meeting operational and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs across various service areas including food, facility support, custodial services, retail, lodging, and transportation.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree level education highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management; strong focus on client and customer services; interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, senior management, and support staff; experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment; proven ability in leading through other managers; expertise in department budget management, financial controls, and analysis; proficiency in crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs; experience in skilled nursing/independent living facilities
