Position: Regional Director of Operations – North Central

Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Experience: 10+ years in facilities maintenance and management, budget management, leadership accountability, staff management, knowledge of laws and regulations, project management skills, data analytics, relationship-building, and a positive attitude; Key Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree (MBA) or equivalent technical master’s degree, demonstrated ability in P&L leadership, best practices establishment, career progression, and matrixed leadership in a large company environment.
