Position: Regional Director of Operations
About: Wingstop is a high-growth brand with more than 1,500 restaurants worldwide, dedicated to serving flavorful food. The company is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee their Southwest market operations, particularly in Texas and Lake Charles, LA, as the Regional Director of Operations. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, maintaining quality and service standards, and achieving business goals within the Wingstop brand.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience as a Regional Director of Operations or similar role in the food service or retail industry; strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, labor management, and financial analysis; demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team; excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software; ability to travel frequently within the Southwest market; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
