Position: Regional Director of Operations
About: Frontida Assisted Living, a senior living operations company based in Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated Regional Director of Operations to oversee 11 senior living communities across the state. Requirements: 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or related fields; extensive knowledge of state and federal senior living regulations, including DHS 83 and CBRF licensing; experience working with Wisconsin’s Managed Care Organizations (MCO), Medicaid Waiver, and other payment sources; proven track record in operational leadership, financial management, and compliance oversight; excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities; ability to motivate and mentor teams with a professional and approachable leadership style; bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
