Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management; experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment; ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior management; experience in creating and managing department budgets and financial controls; proven ability to lead through other managers; experience in crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives; comfortable with physical demands like lifting and standing for extended periods; willingness to comply with uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
