Position: Regional Director of Cafeteria Operations
About: Fooda, a pioneer in the concept of rotating popup restaurants inside offices, operates in 45 cities with over 100 million meals served. They provide unique food programs within companies, office buildings, hospitals, schools, distribution centers, and more, aiming to create workplace food programs that employees love and look forward to.
Requirements: 5+ years in Operations and Account Management with a regional or national food service organization; 2+ years in a position successfully leading other dining or unit managers; Experience opening and transitioning new sites and excellent project management skills; Expertise in reading, interpreting and creating actionable next steps from a café or unit P&L; History of successful client relationships and interaction; Experience negotiating agreements with partners, suppliers and clients; Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while executing and driving results; Metrics driven and highly motivated by overarching business goals; Overnight travel is required
