Position: Regional Director of Cafe Operations
About: Fooda, a leading provider of workplace food programs, offers rotating popup restaurants inside offices across 45 cities. With a network of 1500+ restaurants, Fooda serves over 100 million meals through unique food programs at various corporate, healthcare, and educational facilities.
Requirements: 5+ years in Operations and Account Management with a regional or national food service organization; 2+ years leading other dining or unit managers successfully; Experience opening and transitioning new sites and excellent project management skills; Expertise in interpreting and acting on café or unit P&L statements; History of successful client relationships and negotiation; Growth mindset with a focus on operational excellence; Strategic thinking, creativity, and result-driven approach; Metrics-oriented and motivated by business goals; Overnight travel required
